Chocolate and peanut butter come together in the best way in this recipe for peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie bars.
Peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie bars. Woah. What a mouthful but in the best way. Like an “ohmygod this is the best thing I’ve ever eaten” way. I mean it. They’re the perfect addition to your Game of Thrones rewatch binge. (I know I’m not the only one doing that right now!)

When I bake these cookie bars, I can’t stay away from them. And since I’m on this ~everything in moderation~ kick and wanting to be healthier, I give them away. I have zero self-control around these bars because they are just so chewy and moist and melt-in-your-mouth GOOD! (I brought about half of them to a family I babysit for – kids need the calories, right? Also, these cookie bars were a hit with parents AND kids so win-win!)

This recipe doesn’t require any special equipment or ingredients: just some old fashioned elbow grease, a couple bowls, and a whisk. If you’ve got a hand or a stand mixer – USE THEM! Otherwise, enjoy the little workout 😉
I MEAN COME ON. Look at the melty chocolatey peanut buttery goodness! *drools*
